Information about Leonard Mancini

Leonard joined Maxwells in 2004 as a IP lawyer and went on to obtain his Masters of Industrial Property from UTS in 2005 and was registered as a patent and trade mark attorney in 2006.  Leonard joined Queensland firm Cullens Patent and Trade Mark attorneys in 2015 before rejoining Maxwells in 2016 as a partner of the firm where he operates out of the firms Queensland offices in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Leonard’s principal area of practice is in the area of intellectual property disputes including acting for parties in patent, trade mark, registered design and copyright infringement proceedings both at the Federal Court and in oppositions conducted by IP Australia. Leonard also provides strategic and freedom to operate advice to clients looking to market new products in Australia.
